A redelivery charge will be applied in case of second delivery is needed for any reasons.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
When you pick up the product in our physical store, you or your authorised representative will be required to present your email confirmation for identity verification. LONGCHAMP staff may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile). If we have suspicion about the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorised representative, we reserve the right to refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.

The online payment of the products or services will be made through the online payment gateway of SOGO Hong Kong.
SOGO Hong Kong online payment gateway accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, American Express and Alipay.
Retroactive claiming of SOGO Rewards points will not be allowed for transactions where no membership number was provided before payment; in this case, all eligible points will be forfeited.
After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it is not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event that we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue), LONGCHAMP will notify you by phone or email.
We will deliver as scheduled to the best of our ability. Delivery may be affected due to seasonal or other factors.
In case of any dispute, LONGCHAMP reserves the right for final decision.
